About
The Gratitude Games Emergency Responders angling competition will be held at Alders Farm Fishery, near Great Brickhill, about a ten minute drive from Milton Keynes.
Alders Farm has three well-stocked lakes to test your angling abilities. Ash is one of the best match lakes in the UK and the place to be to catch hard fighting Carp. The 3.5 acre Oak Lake is stocked solely with 10lb+ Carp for the specimen competition. Pines Lake is stocked with Carp, Bream and Tench along with smaller silver fish for a varied match.
The angling competition is open to serving and retired members of the Emergency Services and their immediate families.

Facilities
Bring your own refreshments for the day although breakfast is included in the cabin beside the lakes, before fishing commences. Disabled assistance/access to the lakes is available each day.
Age Categories
There are no age restrictions for these events.
Event Registration Instructions
If you want to enter this event, you are now required to enter and pay online, remember you can enter more than one competition. If you have already paid your registration fee £5 you will not be required to pay it again.
Medals
Medals are awarded for each day’s competition and overall medals awarded following results from all three day’s competitions.
Ash lake (match) – Gold, Silver, Bronze
Pines lake (match) – Gold, Silver, Bronze
Oak lake (specimen) – Gold Silver, Bronze
Additional Information
Each of the 3 lakes, Ash, Oak & Pine will host individual competitions, with 25, 25 & 12 pegs respectively on each lake
The competition will be run over three separate rounds, although you can only fish 1 round per lake, this is to enable anglers to enter more than one competition.
Competitors MUST supply their own fishing gear and bait; MEAT & BREAD is prohibited on all three lakes. Full registration details and rules will be E-mailed to all competitors. Please remember to include your E-mail address on all entry forms.
